Off-Menu Catering Services was founded by a group of special event services professionals to provide unique services to both catering customers and restaurants/chefs.  We envisioned a Hawaii catering company that's customer-driven instead of restaurant/chef-driven.  Customers do not necessarily want to be limited by standardized menus or services provided by restaurants, chefs or caterers.  They want a company with the flexibility to work with various budgets, food choices and locations, and which acts as a customer advocate, guiding them through the catering planning process and helping them to make the best decisions for their events.

Beyond the Usual Catering Services

Furthermore, we realized that many restaurants and chefs would like to expand into off-premise catering, without the hassle of hiring additional staff or purchasing and storing catering equipment.  We offer off-premise catering support services for restaurants and chefs who are looking to concentrate on the food while we do everything else to provide an outstanding catering experience to you, the customer.

Since 2009, we've been meeting the needs of customers who demand "off-menu" solutions to their catering requirements in Honolulu and providing off-premise catering service support to restaurants and chefs.
