Giftr

Meet Farcaster’s latest mini app delivering onchain acts of kindness
the challenge
The biggest moments get the smallest reactions. Someone ships their first smart contract, gets three likes and a "gm," then the feed moves on. Shira built Giftr to help community builders reward their communities with actual gifts instead of tips, turning social engagement into something people remember. She needed a brand that could make that shift feel real.

the work
Giftr’s brand needed to feel warm where crypto is cold, personal where social is performative. The unboxing experience does exactly that, sparking joy, curiosity, and a tiny bit of WTF when it lands. Because creating a new category requires some education upfront, the website highlights the problem first, one piece at a time, so community builders understand why they need it before introducing the product.
